  • 4 Greek yogurts
  • 50 gr. blackberries
  • 50 gr. raspberries
  • 100 gr. strawberries
  • 50 gr. walnuts (optional)
  • 75 gr. of sugar

Tips: If Greek yogurts are not available, it can be made with normal natural yogurts without sugar or any other dairy that is creamy. Garnish with mint leaves to add a touch of freshness to the recipe.

1. Beat the yogurts vigorously in a bowl with the help of a spoon. Divide them into cups.

2. In a saucepan, heat water (about 400 ml.). When it starts to boil add the blackberries, strawberries and raspberries. Add the sugar little by little and stir to form a jam.

3. Let it all boil together for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the heat and add the walnuts.

4. Place the jam on top of the yogurt, decorate it with some fruits and keep it in the fridge for an hour.
